Two strands of recycled sari fabric twisted together to make a strong, thick twine. Use it as you would any other thick twine or string - tie parcels or presents, tie up tomatoes or wayward rose branches, make bohemian jewellery, or simply leave it unused your desk as a tactile object to inspire new ideas.
This is a functional and beautiful object made in a fair trade workshop in Bangladesh from what would otherwise be a waste product. It also provides meaningful work that enables people to support their families. It is one of our all-time favourite products. We feel privileged to be able to share it with you.
Each ball is unique, so the colours are assorted, however we are happy to fossick through our supplies to find something if you have a preference for a dominant colour. The product images are indicative of the colour range typically available.
