Its handcrafted nature means that patina and exact placement of screw holes may vary from item to item - measure and fit individually for the best result. Drill a hole and then finish installing each screw by hand.

Care instructions: an occasional coat of Penetrol (penetrating primer oil) on the steel will help to prevent and remove rust that may develop over time, particularly in coastal or wet environments. The canework will develop a darker patina with use. It's ok to touch cane-wrapped hardware with slightly damp hands, however damp objects should not rest on cane for long periods.
